Colonol Colonial

Note:This is a arch-nemesis for one of my players, Toasterman. Toasterman's family was killed by Col. Joseph Sanders when he tried to take over their bread factory in Mongolia. He fell into a vat that was making bread and, like all comic book accidents, some radiation leaked in and turned him into this freak.

Appearance: Col. Colonial appears as a mass of white bread yeast. He is very slow moving but very effective.

Use of Powers: Col. Colonial tries to make himself grow so he can hit his enemies at a farther distance. He tries to also choke them with his large mass.

He created his sidekick, Toasty, a disgruntled toaster that is surly and likes to drink.

Appearance: Toasterman appears as a young man in his early 20s. he is a geek at heart and is a tinkerer.

Use of Powers: Toasterman pulls things out of his trenchcoat no matter how big or small.

Bast

Note: This is a arch-nemesis for one of my players, Harbinger. Both Harbinger and Bast work at the Hnter Natural History Museum as Egyptologists. Bast gets her powers from a golden ammulet shaped like a cat's head with saphires in set in the eyes.

Appearance: Bast appears as a priestess of Bast in typical egyptian priestess garments. She has long dark hair, swarthy skin and has a feline quality to her.

Use of Powers: She tries to surprise her enemies by pretending to be a cat. When she is in human form, she falls back on her Fang Invocation.

Genesis

Note: Krystal is a young girl who was was a typical teen girl. Her father, Professor Alexander, didn't know if she was a mutant as she exhibited no abilities, except, that everyone that met her always liked her (no matter how annoying her color pink fetish was). She was captured and when Harbinger faced off with Bast, Harbinger closed her eyes and said to go ahead and end her life. Bast laughed and said she would feel the pain for all her life. Bast then killed Krystal (Critcal hit and Krystal rolled a 1 on her Damage save). Mr. Darke (the groups newest member who is dead) used Extra Effort to trigger Reincarnatin on her and critically suceeded with his roll. She came to and now has a mind link with him. She is not the same Krystal they knew. She is darker and has the power of the cosmos running through her veins.

Appearance: Krystal is 17 and had blond hair with pink streaks. now its blond with red streaks. her eyes glow with an inner fire.

Use of Powers: She tries to immoliate her enemies, though, she hasn't used these powers yet. Flowing inside her is a cosmic being of pure energy and she follows its orders.

Wraith

Note: Wraith is a young girl who was abused at a local halfway home for teens. She was abused so bad, that one night when she was being hit, she became intangible and began to drain the life out the attacker. The attacker eventually recovered and Wraith began helping the abused kids.

Appearance: She is a young girl who appears as a sickly pale 16 year old during the day. She was mousy brown hair and pale skin. When the sun sets, she becomes intangible, her skin takes on a blue glow, her hair goes white and her eyes glow a pale blue.

Use of Powers: Wraith tries to help the abused youth escape from the situation they are in by leading them through the underground sewers, but lately, they have been getting kidnapped and Wraith seems powerless to stop the attackers. When the sun rises, Wraith reverts to her human form.

Villian Group - Club Kids

Club Kids

Note: Club Kids run a 16 and over club called Spirit. Everyone who doesnt have an ID stating they are 21 and over, they get a red bracelet that is strong and cant be cut or melted. It can only be removed a certain way. The owners are the head DJ, DJ Dazer, Ecstacy, Tina, Mary Jane and Kay. Drugs can be found on the inside but the club has never been shut down yet. The girls tend to hit multiple people in a night. Should any one person lose all of their Constitution from their draining, they are considered to have overdosed.

Use of Powers:

- Ecstacy tends to use her powers against guys and girls to make them feel real good and full of love. The after effects of her powers kick in about 6 hours after and they start feeling weak and sluggish.

- Mary Jane has a rule about fighting. She doesnt. She uses her abilities to calm everyone down and chill them out. She is quite the passificst and doesnt like it when people get hurt.

- Tina is all over the place and gives people the boost they need to keep going. Afterall, you cant party if you get tired.

- Kay likes to invoke thinking in people and connecting them. Her touch invokes a 'K-Hole' where the world seems to close in and people generally cant walk. They can crawl though. Their minds seem to connect to those around them and many claim that after spending time with Kay, they knew what their friends were thinking.

- DJ Dazer is the leader of this little club. He uses his music to enthrall and his lights to blind. He doesnt like to hurt either because he believes everyone should be able to party and have fun. But if you piss him off, he will retaliate.

Tarot

Note: Tarot received her powers from her family bloodline. While her family are all witches, she is not one. Her gift is with the cards and the things she can do with them.

Appearance: Tarot is a young girl in her early 20s. She wears lots of blacks and purples, tending to wear fashions that Stevie Nicks would wear. She always has a deck of intricately drawn and colored tarot cards with her and she always has at least 5 decks of tarot cards. Her eyes are a amethyst purple.

Use of Powers: Tarot uses her cards to power her abilities. She uses them to see the future, she throws her cards as a weapon, she summons images from her tarot cards and her cards spin about her to protect her.

Devestation Faktor

Note: Devestation Faktor is the group that supposedly destroyed the Defenders of Freedom City. They admitted to it and the group was taken to Blackstone Isle Penetentary where they currently reside. Although they have a huge record, only one was brought in on a first offence and is getting out soon. That is Lady Rose.

Use of Powers:

- Lady Rose uses her powers over plants to get what she wants. She doesnt care if anyone (including her teammates) gets hurt as long as she gets what she wants. She also will help plantlife in need.

- Titanium Rush uses his powers to take out most anything. He is way strong and way fast. He's not too bright but what he lacks in smarts, he makes up for in strength and speed

- Cold Fuzion

- Firecracker

- Dazzle

Lady Rose

Note: Lady Rose is a part of Devestation Faktor who currently resides in Blackstone Isle Penetentary. She is the silent type that seems to be following without question. She has her own agenda and will stop at nothing to get it.

Appearance: Lady Rose wears mostly green dresses that she designs herself. They usually have emeralds, jades and other green baubles on the dresses. The dresses usually have a plant or flower theme (usually roses) and her hair is always dyed and styled like a rose. Her skin is a slight green.

Note: Titanium Rush is always working out in Blackstone Isle Penetentary. He took out Trident and Paradox, two powerful armored members of the Defenders. Trident survived but Paradox supposedly didnt. He is slowly biding his time.

Appearance: Titanium Rush transforms into a suit of living armor that is areodynamically correct. His armor plated skin goes back and forth between a titanium color and a light cobolt color. His hair is silver-blue and he has steel grey eyes. He doesnt say much as he prefers to take action than talk.
