Short of an official d20 conversion of Shadowrun (I wonder if any publisher ever approached WizKids/FanPro about this?), I think what I'd like to see most is a comprehensive set of generic d20 cyberpunk rules, including cybernetics, biotech, decking, and rigging.
A specific setting using those rules would be cool as well, though for the game I'm planning, I would probably still use a Shadowrun 'fantasypunk' setting.

2) d20 Dragon Fist (I would sign petition after petition for this)
3) Or if that wasn't possible. Perhaps a d20 Wuxia inspired setting -similiar- to Dragon Fist. Because Dragon Fist just drew from its roots in wuxia and kung fu flicks and novels, it wouldn't be that difficult to do the same thing over, perhaps with a different feel. Or if not a setting, perhaps a book of wuxia inspired prestige classes, kung-fu feats, special rules, weapons and monsters, along with ideas for creating your own setting. And ofcourse if it were compatible with Jade Dragons & Hungry Ghosts. Also if it were compatible with Oriental Adventures or Atlas Games' Rogukan, that would be a plus.

Seconded. My biggest disappointment with the D&D OA books has always been their pseudo-Japanese focus. I would dearly love to see a good game based on Outlaws of the Marsh or even Three Kingdoms. (Hey, there's a zillion 3 Kingdoms-era video games out there...)

Could you give me some details about? For example rules for exorcism, inqusition, description of organizations, etc. I'm curious will it include not evil more over good witches?

I've said this before and I'll say it again, what D20 needs is a generic sci-fi rules set.
