I'm surprised nobody caught this from the Twitter feed on the main page:

Could it be the long-awaited Freeport Companion: Pathfinder Edition?

As you probably figured out, this didn't come off. Even Lightning Source couldn't do the job in time for GenCon.

What had planned a couple of short runs of companion books that various authors would sign at GenCon. As those authors are now thousands of miles away, that is no longer practical. The Pathfinder companion will be going to print soon though.
