Could someone run a pbp game?

I have a hankering to play and can't wait fro the GR book. So I was wondering, could anyone start a 5/day a week pbp game over on rpol.net using GoO system (d20 or tristat, I don't really care)

That's restarting with the new system in a while though right? I think _x_ was looking for something starting sooner with the GoO system.
