True20 Character Generators?

I know this may be a little bit premature, but is anyone going to be working on a True20 character generator for the PC?

What would be the sort of licensing invovled in a project like that? (Not that I could do it myself, due to my utter inability to program, but I would certainly USE something like that.)

I've already put one together. The link I forget, but its on the boards here somewhere. I'll try to hunt it down and post it.
I know its on man groups under true 20 unofficial character builder.
I should really give a nod to legality and put a disclaimer on it, but so far it's not an issue that's been pressing on my mind.
