OGL, M&M superlink or straight d20

I hope for an OGL version that would let more tinkering than the other 2 options

it would be "OGL Wuxia" :)

Chris and Nicole are out of town for a week, so you may have to be patient.

Whatever serves the product best.

What I certainly don't want is M&M superlink, though, cause I don't want to have to buy a book I can't seem to get my hands on so I can buy my much coveted Dragon Fist.

I'd certainly prefer something that stands alone, without needing further sources.

And if possible, a d20 stand alone game but that is balanced with D&D (for crossovering). I'd certainly love that.

I want an OGL game heavily influenced by M&M. Super=>M&M, Wuxia=>Dragon Fist.
