Just sharing my joy. I got my Wacom Intuos2 9x12 graphic tablet today. Sure, I gotta pay a lot for taxes, but man, it's worth it. I'm so happy. Can't wait to try it out.

Yeah. A 17" x 13" graphic PDA, if you will. You have a "screen" (9" x 12") where you draw with a stylus, and what you draw there gets transfered to your computer screen (Photoshop). You can also use it for countless other things, like coloring, animating, etc.

You know who uses one of those to make his covers? Brian Bolland, the artist behind the covers for Gotham Knights. Check out his website at www.brianbolland.com and see how clean his "inks" look.

Man, I'm so excited!!!

469 bucks, eh? And you say it's worth it, Luke? Anybody else got any comments on the sucker? I've only heard one artist mention it, but she liked it a good deal.

Mine doesn't fit either. Didn't know it was gonna be so big when I ordered it online. So I just gotta prop it on my legs and violá!

Gave it a test run last night. Cool little thing. Just gotta get the hang of it and I'm all set. I'll start working on my characters tomorrow.
