How about some stats for that Green Ronin guy used as the Icon on the website? It'd be a quickie to do with OA and Rogukan out. Heck, give him some unique feats or something eh?

I don't think they could, since the OA rules aren't open content. Unless they make him a fighter, despite the name of the company.

I wonder why Green Ronin, anyway? I think the green color makes him sort of look like he's a gummi ronin...

 Goes back to Chris's first RPG company, Ronin Publishing, which for a while published the Whispering Vault and Chris's Guiding Hand supplement for Feng Shui (Blood of the Valiant). The three partners each claimed a "color" of ronin as their screen names, but Chris's GreenRonin is the only one that lasted.

When he was looking to start a new company (sans the original Ronin partners) he kept the Green Ronin.

Chris tells it better than I do, but he's been swamped lately and not hanging out on the messages boards so much.

Well, I think there may be a workable loophole. Intentionally or not, Alderac may have released the Samurai class as OGC in the Rokugan book (see page 220 of that book for their definition of open content). It all depends on a legal interpretation of the definitions of the words "new" and "adapted" however.
