M&M: Looking to Start from Scratch - PBEM Style

I am looking to start an M&M PBEM campaign from scratch. New world, new heroes, etc. If anyone is interested in assisting in this creative effort wihch will lead to a campaign with rotating game masters.

Generally thinking of a Marvel setting (Std Earth, Current Time Frame - maybe slightly ahead).
