Welcome, heroes!
For Freedom! is a PL 10 Mutants and Masterminds game, set in modern day Freedom City.
This will be in Freedom City, and I will be heavily using that material. If you don't have it, that's fine. If you do, please try to work your background in with the canon.
You can choose to make a PL 10 version of most of the heroes in Freedom City, just ask me before you get started.
