looking for form filll pdf sheets

I've searched around, and found versions of the combat card sheets, and the quick reference sheets, and the character sheet where you can type in information and print them out. the problem is with the versions i have found, the forms cannot be saved locally.

I'm looking for pdf files that are form fill, able to be saved with the information entered, and only one of each of the cards on the per page.

I'm looking to use them in conjunction with nbos the keep, to help keep track of npc stat blocks rather than create tables, if possible just to use already created sheets.

is there any one on here that's better than me at creating pfd forms that knows how to put them together? or any one know where there's some online i can use?

any help would be appreciated.
