I don't really see the need for a True 20 Quickstart Ruleset. Because they are a streamlined and (IMHO) improved compilation of d20, True 20 is, in a way, already a quickstart rules set. After all, GR has blatantly stated that they expect (demand?) the True 20 rules to be expanded and customized to whatever setting they are used for. At only $10, they are an affordable investment, even without an additional "quickstart" suppliment.
