Well, the latest episode was fun. It once more demonstrated that these Titans are still getting their act together.

Cinderblock and Plasmus were rather lacking in the personality department, but Slade's devious conniving in the shadows was fun.

Best line this episode: "I got the sonic if you got the boom."

From what I recall, Plasmus didn't have much of a personality (not after being turned into Plasmus, at any rate -- IIRC, before his transformation he was a Nazi scientist).
