Some nice advice about Golden Age adventures & roleplaying there - but probably not too much that you didn't already know.

If you can find a used copy at your FLGS or on EBay, get either first or second edition of Golden Age of Champions. A very well written and researched book covering the early days of supers (particularly WWII). It was done for Champions, but the info in there is invaluable for a Golden Age game. I don't remember which company put out the first ed but the second ed was published by HERO.
