Just some comments...

Super Strength is the entry from spider man...

Wolverines admantium isn't a device as it can neither be stolen, broken or taken in any way short of a massive plot device. If it doesn't limit, it doesn't give points.

LOL I've actually already had the debate on this point lol.
But basically I disagree, the criteria for a Device as stated in the book is simply "If the item is removed access to the powers tied to it are lost". Absolutely no mention anywhere is made that removal of the item has to be easy to do.

And as Wolverine has had his skeletal grafts removed in the comics thats good enough for me to show it can and has been done (easy or not again being irrelevant) and that when he did lose it he wasn't as durable and he discovered although he didn't have his adamantium claws (though he did discover he could grow claws as part of his natural mutation) and sufficient proof that it is a device.

I would disagree here... the book clearly states a flaw that doesn't limit you is not a flaw. Losing your power once, ever in over a decade through a massive plot device isn't limiting... it would be like someone negating spidermans spider sense once over 30 years... it isn't a flaw he should get points for, it is a plot device that the GM is using to enhance story.

For example a character that derives all of his powers from a single blood cell sized implant in the center of his body. The character has an unlimited number of these implants available and they are indestructable. By your definition they should recieve dozens of points in discounts but by the book they should not.

Either way, your conversions, your call, but technically it isn't how flaws are supposed to work

Like I say I've already had this discussion and nowhere is it required for a Device to be "always" easy to potentially remove, and your example of the text above e.g. "a flaw that doesn't limit you is not a flaw" also gives no indication that in order to be limiting a flaw has to be frequently abusable. Wolverine can have his skeleton removed by those who know how and will lose his powers tied to it and is as a result a device. His skeleton also leaves him vulnerable to magnetism on a lesser degree than forcibly pulling his skeleton from his body

which i should probably have coverered as a weakness, which can in effect allow someone to use him like a remote controlled puppet.

But the point is people could justify everything as a plot device just because it isn't obvious..but obvious is not a requirement of Device.. obvious is a requirement of Obvious... which is an entirely different flaw.... so technically I don't think your right, but either way I'm happy with him how he is and the justifications for why he is that way make sense.

I've watched you convert some of my favorite characters into Mutants and Masterminds. I tend to agree with your writeups for the most part. I shall be posting my conversions of the Marvel verse as well. ZThe writeups will be in the OGL form from the book.
