I'm trying to remember from the books, but its been a long time since I read them, and I haven't received my copy of the rpg yet incase its addressed in there.

I know there are Kings, princes, knights, and lords but do the other traditional titles of nobility exist?

Namely
Grand Duke & Grand Duchess
Archduke & Archduchess
Duke & Duchess
Marquis & Marquise
Margrave & Margravine
Count/Earl & Countess
Viscount & Viscountess
Baron & Baroness

I don't recall any of these being used.

Knights, landed or otherwise, are called Ser. All banner nobles are Lords/Ladies. That's about it from what I can remember.

People were often referred to as "So and So from House Blah." Or "This is Jinkies McSworthy, Heir to House Humblebottom." The large titles would be assigned to the large houses only, with appropriate other distinctions: "Introducing Lord and Lady Klumbumper, Warden of the South-West, Defender of Mont. Sleuce and Purveyor of Iced Peppers."

I don't remember any titles other than King, Queen, Prince, Princess, Lord, Lady, and Ser being used.
