GoT edition - preliminary PDF errata

I didn't see a thread devoted to catching errata in the Game of Thrones edition PDF prior to its print release, so I thought I'd start one. If there is such an existing thread, please let me know and I'll repost there.

So far, all I've found is one easily-corrected page-reference issue:

• p. 155, Armor section, Bulk subsection, paragraph 2:
  The reference to p. 160 for the Sprint action should be to p. 164.

Stat blocks in the Narrator section

First, all longswords have Piercing 2 quality. Also, spears are given the two hand quality which doesn't appear in the weapon table. I won't mention these individually since they appear on on each block with a longsword or spear.

Gold cloak
Spear should be 3d+2b

Knight
Shield should be 4d

Hedge Knight
War lance should be 4d
Large shield should be 3d

Knight of Quality
War lance should be 5d+1b

Knight of the Kingsguard
War lance should be 5d+1b
