I hear a new version of ASOIAF has come out, probably a good few months ago now.

What if anything was changed from the first edition?

I would think that the rules have been changed according to the errata and possibly some smoothing of the rules and text, but in honestly I don't think we're talking about a second edition. Or at least that's what I hope.

The biggest mechanical changes I've seen, not having gone through it with a fine toothed comb looking for changes, are

1. that the path to the Skin Changer benefit has changed (with the addition of two new benefits, Warg dreams and Warg).
2. Ward is now a drawback rather than a benefit (and the text has changed significantly).
3. The Jousting rules from Peril at Kings Landing are now part of the basic rules for jousting.
4. There exists a PDF errata document.
