i only recently discovered M&M, and due to what i read found the DCA, is similar/DC Variant of, M&M 3e, and well...it confuses me!!!!

i'm no stranger to Pen and Paper RPGs been playing D&D 3.5e for about, i wanna say 5 years but i have poor judgment in time unless actively tracking it, and that's easy for me, even d20Modern/future is easy for me, but all the point spending, the -1 point cost thing, for character creation, just makes my brain hurt, and even the play mechanics confuse me, though i admit, i focus on learning character creation before learning actual play. Anyway, could someone direct me to, or come up with a step by step "cheat sheet" for me?
