Dragon Fist questions (old version)

I happen to have an old copy of the Dragon Fist rules and I had a few questions regarding the game as I am preparing to run a campaign with my group.

(1) The creator Chris Pramas stated he created an additional Secret Society, which was printed in Polyhedron magazine. Does anyone know of the issue it was in? I imagine this was the Demon Slayers secret society, as it was mentioned in the game but not shown.

(2) Does anyone know, or have tried, to expand the game to levels 11-20. How was this done, in regards to martial arts maneuvers, spells, etc.

(3) Has there been any fan expansions out there on the net? Adventures, rules, new maneuvers, etc?

Sorry I don't know of any support for DA.

Remember it was never really supported by WotC. At least they had it up as a free pdf download instead of merely burying it.
