computer Char/NPC generator w/ Freeport info?

Is there a free or for purchase campaign manager or NPC generator or similar programme or webpage that includes the classes from the D20/3rd Era Freeport Companion?

I've seen a few oooold posts on other websites that one has existed, maybe with info from older books (like City of Adventure). PCGen doesn't have GreenRonin info because GR was working with someone else, according to their wiki.
