Freeport: Looking for the material used in light house ...

I could have sworn that I read some where that a merchant is keeping the material (metal, sand?) used for the special bricks in the Light house, as a favor for Drac.

Now that Drac is dead, the materal sits as a forgotten adventure hook. I can't find that mention any where.
