Black Sails over Freeport in PDF?

Black Sail Over Freeport doesn't seem to be available in PDF anywhere - is there a reason for this? I would like to get a copy to read just so I know the metaplot.

I managed to buy a physical copy of Black Sails off a mate for a bargain price! It would still be nice to have the PDF though :)
