When a customer (namely me) contacts you twice (once through the "contact us" link on your website, and once by replying to a customer service email), about the fact that the Dragon Age boxed set he pre-ordered ages ago, paid for, and never received (though he watched all his friends receive theirs), you should get back to him. If you don't he might get angry and begin to think that he's being ripped off.
