I attempted to contact customer service about an order via two direct emails (one to feedback@greenronin; one to nicole@greenronin), one via the online contact form, and one PM to Nicole. I haven't gotten a response to any of these.
Is there a phone number or a mailing address?
I placed my order in mid-December and was already charged for it. I really like Green Ronin products, but this is getting frustrating.
