[Freeport Map] High res image of the Freeport map available?

Postby Pmandrekar » Wed Feb 13, 2008 9:10 am

Hi There,

One of my regular players works in a print shop now, and has indicated that he can blow the pdf up and print the Freeport Map in a laminated map format. The problem, of course, is that doing so will reduce the resolution of the resulting map. I was wondering if there was a high res image of the Freeport map available, and if not, if I could suggest that it be made available?

Thanks,

-P. Mandrekar

Actually they already offer this item in their online store. Unfortunately I have yet to receive my copy to give you any details.

Could someone direct me to the location of this? I haven't been able to find it.

Seconding Pmandrekar's request. I know the Pirate's Guide is available in print and PDF in the store, and IIRC, there was a comment to the effect that GR was looking into the possibility of doing a poster map, but I haven't seen anything about the map by itself being available yet in print or PDF.

I should mention that I own a Hardcover copy of the Pirates' Guide, so I have copies of the map. I'm mainly looking for the same maps to be available in higher res. so that my friend (who works in a printing company) can make a pretty, nice copy.

My campaign is set in and around the city of Freeport.

I'll third the poster map idea... I'd love a good sized map... 3+ feet wide.
