Anyone know if the missing orders will be caught up with soon ?

I ordered back in Sept 05 and got in contact with Nicole (Nikchick) back in January and at the end of April and she promised to sort things out.

Haven't heard anything since then, no book, no refund ...

Waiting 9 months is pushing my patience just a tad ...
