New section request: MnM Fantasy thinktank

I think having a section devoted to this could help people running and playing in these games to communicate and share with each other.

Since there do seem to be enough of these guys popping up, it doesn't sound like that bad an idea. Especially since it's so radically different than most Super Games run here. 
If you send someone to save the world, you better make sure they like it the way it is.
