I think that's my fault. Evan spent several hours of his time this weekend trying to help me with some persistant, annoying computer problems, which undoubtedly took away from his "skin tinkering" time.

Technology hates me.

While technology does seem to have it out for you, Nic, it was mostly the garage sale that stole so much of my time this weekend. And we even have quite a bit of stuff left! Hey, if anybody wants to drive to North Seattle, we'll fill up your car for $50...

Okay, everybody (except WarChild, who won't notice... ) we now have a new "skin" to choose from for this forum system. I customized it from the most excellent ArachnidPerson (no, that's not quite right, but we can't go violating anyone's intellectual property, now can we?) skin by Vereor. If you're into this sort of thing, check out http://www.vereor.com/ for more info.

To switch to the new skin, make sure you're logged in (you are registered, aren't you?) and then click on Profile. Scroll down (unless you're an Evil Genius and have a wall-sized monitor) until you see the dropdown list for selecting Themes. Pick the one called VereorMutantsAndMasterminds (imagine that!) and click Submit on the bottom of the page. Once you click again to return to the forum index, voila! Check out the new look.

So something cool but using the black and green that the forums had before (to match the rest of GreenRonin.com)? Hmm... I'll have to see what I have time for. More cool skins would be, um, cool, though.

Nice work with the skin, Evan, but yes, more choices would be cool. Not *every* GR fan plays supers--at least, I don't (gasp!)--so it feels a bit odd checking up on Freeport with the M&M logo everywhere...or even with that perky white and blue background you had first.
