Seeking Two National Demo Team Coordinators

Green Ronin Publishing is looking for two qualified and motivated volunteers to become our National Demo Team Coordinators. One coordinator will oversee the Freebooters, who demo our various d20 lines; the second coordinator will oversee the Minions, who demo the Mutants & Masterminds RPG.

National Demo Team Coordinators will be Green Ronin's liaisons to demo team members and game conventions across the United States. Their responsibilities will include matching up demo team volunteers with conventions and stores who have requested demo support, organizing teams and events for national shows that Green Ronin is attending (GenCon, Origins, DragonCon), receiving demo reports and feedback, creating team goals and assigning bounty points and rewards to their teams for successful demo events.

Green Ronin's National Demo Team Coordinators will receive a complete set of Green Ronin products in their lines, t-shirts and logo-items, badges and per diem for conventions they attend, an e-mail address at greenronin.com or mutantsandmasterminds.com, and more.

If you are detail-oriented, have good interpersonal skills and enjoy organizing creative gaming events, please send a resume to demo@greenronin.com. Resumes should include any relevant experience, especially work experience with other demo teams and references with contact info if possible. Applicants should state their preference for being the Freebooter or Minion coordinator; applications are welcome for either or both positions but, due to the time commitment involved, one applicant may not fill both roles.

Thanks!

It's Spring and that means the awards season is heating up. Green Ronin has been honored several times over the past month. At the GAMA Trade Show, we were presented with the Inquest Gamer Fan Award for Best Card Game for Torches & Pitchforks. Since T&P was our first non-RPG product ever, we were delighted to win this award, doubly so because it was voted on by the fans.

A couple of weeks later the winners of the Pen & Paper Awards were announced and Time of Crisis won in the Best Adventure category. We had runners up in Best Interior Art (Crooks!), Fan Favorite Developer (Chris Pramas), and Fan Favorite Publisher, and many of our favorite freelancer contributors (Spike Y. Jones, Sam Wood, Wayne Reynolds, Todd Lockwood, and Toren Atkinson) also received nods.

Lastly, the Mutants & Masterminds line has been nominated for a Grog d'Or, an award given out by the French roleplaying association Grog. The winner will be announced on May 8.

We'd like to thank Inquest, Pen & Paper, and Grog for honoring Green Ronin and our games. We also want to thank our faithful fans and our retail and distribution partners for supporting us month after month.
