Armies of the Abyss Web Enhancement: The Abyssal Dragon Template

We were sad to have to cut the Abyssal Dragon Template from Armies of the Abyss for space reasons, but that is far outweighed by our abyssal glee at being able to provide you the template anyway. Plus our dragon overlords made us give you this Web Enhancement so as to properly spread the word about their might.

An Extra Heapin' Helpin' o' Eeeeeevil

Our May release, Secret College of Necromancy, is off at the printer, and we wanted to apprise you all of a change in page count and price. Turns out there was just too much evil to fit into 96 pages, so we've upped the page count to 112 and the MSRP to $19.95.

A Dash of Super

We've added Mutants & Masterminds to our catalog system, so you can read more about the game and check out the amazing cover.

And One Bilge-Load of Reviews

We have added a bunch of product reviews to our reviews tracking system as of late, but we figured it would be easier for you if we just listed them here:

Freeport: The City of Adventure Reviewed on Dungeon Masters Haven

"A potpourri of all our favorite things rolled into one. Maritime goodness, dark cults, ancient civilizations, evil overtones, strong NPC's and more are all mixed into the eclectic Freeport. But instead of becoming a mi[sh]-mash of ideas all clumped together, they are worked together in storytelling, believable history, and the attitude of the writing and NPC's who inhabit the buildings. This is a meaty, packed sourcebook loaded with stats, interesting locales and personalities and loads of adventure hooks. The city that launched a thousand campaigns is about to launch a thousand more, methinks. Highly recommended."

--Jeff Ibach, Dungeon Masters Haven

First Review of Shaman's Handbook

Simon Collins has posted a review of The Shaman's Handbook on ENWorld's d20Reviews.com. He gives it a 5 out of 5, and writes, "This is an excellent book if, like me, you would have loved to see the Shaman as a class in the Players Handbook."

Pramas Chat Transcript Posted on ENWorld

A couple days ago Green Ronin's head honcho Chris Pramas did a chat session on ENWorld (d20reviews.com). They have posted a transcript of the chat session, in which Chris talks about all sorts of future Green Ronin products. There is some crunchy stuff in there, including mention of an upcoming Lovecraftian Freeport sourcebook by Kenneth Hite!

Who's This Happy Man, and What's He Reading?

That's none other than John Kovalic, creator of Dork Tower, as he checks out a hot-off-the-presses copy of Freeport: The City of Adventure at the GAMA Trade Show in Vegas last month.

He recently reviewed our d20 System Character Record Folio in Dork Tower #17. You can take a look at the PDF of that review (and read his opinions of some other stuff).

The End Is Here!

The submissions are in, the box is locked, it's monster fightin' time! Okay, well maybe it's not quite monster fightin' time yet, as we now need to review all of the contest submissions. Thanks to everyone who entered--a quick glance at your submissions tells us that you're all worthy competetors, though some are perhaps a bit more sick and twisted than others. Fear not: Ye all shall be judged fairly. And we would never stick all of your entries on the bulletin board and get out the darts. Nope--not us!

Chat Con Chris

As you may have noticed above, Señor Pramas will be chatting in the ENWorld chat rooms tomorrow, April 3rd at 6pm Pacific Time. Don't miss it!
